While gaining knowledge and expertise working for some of the country's largest and most well known cheese companies, Kineva founder Greg Kinate came to realize that a small but extremely important part of the market was underserved.  Thus, Kineva Foods came into being with the express purpose of providing dairy products to small and medium size customers.  Focusing on the industrial and foodservice areas of the market, Greg started his own Minnesota-based company in 1994.

As the company progressed, Greg saw a better opportunity to access its supplier base and cold storage distribution by moving to Wisconsin in 1997, and becoming a full service buyer and supplier of quality dairy products.

Kineva continues to search for new ways to expand and improve the products and services we offer our customers.
